There is a lot of mystery and confusion around strength and conditioning training for Kids and Teens. Between misinformation, to injury, and even coaches who are stuck in the dark ages. Let us help you clear away the confusion. We offer strength and conditioning training where we use the latest methods and coaching styles to help your student athlete get the most out of their development. We offer comprehensive coaching and training where we start with the basics of good form and build from a solid foundation to help them be the best athletes they can be.

 

Youth Performance Program


-Speed & Agility

This component of Youth Performance has an emphasis on linear running mechanics, change of direction/ agility, and footwork training.

Times:
Mon, Wed, and Fri: 10:00-11:30 AM or 6:30-8:00 PM


-Strength & Power

This component of Youth Performance has an emphasis on bodyweight strength, lifting technique, plyometrics, and explosive med ball throws.

Cost : $149 for 6 weeks
